Surprise Proposal at Sunset
Chris proposed to Paria on the lawn of the Beach House Restaurant as the sun was setting right in front of them. It was such a gorgeous night and everything worked out perfectly. Chris contacted me almost 6 months before he and Paria flew to Kauaʻi. Chris was so excellent at planning everything out, from the small details of where they will be sitting and what they will be wearing, to the biggest detail of how he was going to propose. Chris brought Paria out to the lawn from their table and began talking to her as I hid behind a coconut tree, they were both looking out towards the ocean and then when Paria finally turned around to look at Chris, her eyes were welling up, this is when Chris got down on one knee! Everything turned out so great, by the end, Paria was sobbing tears of joy while Chris had the biggest smile on his face.
Everybody cheered for them as they came back into the restaurant and they were both so overwhelmed with love and joy. The next day, I took them down to a gorgeous beach after sunrise and we took some more formal engagement photos.
