What do you want?

“Is there an initial payment or deposit required?”

Yes. For all of my session packages, I require a 50% deposit. This deposit is included in your full payment! (It is not an additional amount of money, but rather included in the package price). This is just to ensure that I have your date locked in my calendar and have it saved just for you! It is also important to note that since Covid causes things to change in an instant, I have changed my policy to best accommodate my clients. If you need to cancel your session with me and are unable to reschedule, I ask that you do this at least two weeks prior to our session, I will then refund your deposit. Within two weeks prior to our session, deposits/initial payments will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Wedding packages are under the same requirements except they require a 20% deposit (instead of 50%) and this deposit is non-refundable within 2 months (instead of 2 weeks) of the wedding date.

“How will my photos be delivered to me?”

Your photos will be delivered through an online gallery which you will receive through a link. The photos will all be in high resolution and able to download at your fingertips! This gives you the freedom to choose how you will preserve your memories.

“Do you have Kamaʻāina discounts?”

Yes! All my packages can be discounted by 15% for Kamaʻāina. It is so important to be there for my community, as of right now the only way I am able to give back is through discounts but as this business expands I have plans to give back in more meaningful ways through both art and business. Kamaʻāina are for those who have been born and raised in the islands or those who have been full-time residents since 2003 or before.

“Do you shoot on all sides of the island?”

Yes! However, I do have a $40.00 travel fee for all locations North of Līhuʻe or West of Waimea. From Līhuʻe to Waimea, there is no travel fee (:

“Do you travel?”

Yes! Yes! Yes! Traveling is one of my absolute favorite things to do and I am more than happy to come to you to capture your special day. Let me know where you are when you inquire and we can figure out everything from there!

“When will I receive my photos?”

For all of the regular sessions, your full gallery will be delivered to you within 4-8 weeks. Wedding galleries will be delivered within 5-14 weeks (depending on the package you get.) However, I deliver 24-hour sneak peeks for everything! Depending on the type of sessions you choose, I give anywhere between 4-12 photos that are fully edited and processed within 24 hours of completing our session! I enjoy doing this because you are able to see results right away, as well as have photos for any time concerning issues. For example, thank you cards for your wedding, or wanting to post on social media that you are engaged! I really don’t expect anyone to wait 3-5 weeks for a picture so they can announce one of the most exciting announcements of their life.

“Can I have all the photos from our session?”

Being a photographer isn’t just pointing a camera and shooting, it is an art form. I am hoping that you choose me for how I process and carefully edit your photos. With that being said, I do not give out RAW files. Your photos will be sent to you as a JPG after being processed and edited. I want you to be as happy as possible when you receive your gallery which is why I do not limit myself when it comes to the amount of pictures you will receive. This is why you’ll see above that I always guarantee a “minimum” number of photos, but so far I have always delivered more than the minimum!
