Hello! My name is Audrey and I'm so excited that you're here. Come and get to know me and let's create and capture memories that will last forever. I was born and raised, and have since lived on Kaua'i all of my life, and for as long as I can remember, I have always loved photography. While I have loved photography all of my life and I always had a camera in my hand, when high school rolled around, I decided to take my passion to the next step. This led me to apply for the job of a luau photographer at the Grand Hyatt. I ended up getting the job and I worked for Pacific Dream Photography until Covid-19. With limitations causing the Luau’s to be postponed, I was allowed the opportunity to become a session photographer for Pacific Dream. The staff at Pacific Dream Photography are amazing and I have learned critical skills throughout my time there. Working at the Luau was where I really started to realize how strong my love for the whole photography process was, and by process, I don’t just mean the picture-taking and processing process. Seeing how incredibly happy people were to see how great their pictures turned out, made my entire night. That sole reason was the biggest factor in my decision to start my own photography business. I want to create images that you can look back on 50 years later and simply smile and remember that day and who you were in that time. I JUST WANT TO SEE YOU HAPPY.
Okay, I know you’re a photographer, but who are you as a person?
Right! Let’s get to the good stuff.
I love being outside. I love to surf, hike, swim, and just be in the ocean. You’ll notice that I love shooting couples out in nature, I truly believe nothing is more beautiful than Mother Earth herself. I don’t like coffee but I do enjoy other hot drinks such as tea and hot cocoa. I love love love traveling! Traveling is my biggest passion, because of the differences of culture and people in every place, seeing amazing things, and doing things that I would otherwise never be able to do. I have an amazing fiancé (Malachi) who is beyond supportive of my photography business (we have been together since the 8th grade!) I like to read, but am terrible at actually picking up a book and starting. I am a total animal lover. I have a kitty named “Toothless” (named after one of my favorite movies “How to Train Your Dragon”). I also am a part-time dog mom to my fiancé’s puppy “Ruger” who is such a goofball. I am also a full-time college student and a big advocate for Hawaiian sovereignty and local issues. This is why I am majoring in Economics! I have hopes to diversify our economy in the future.
On the more serious side of things, I don’t consider myself to be an extremely religious person but I do believe in a higher being who loves all their children. With that being said, I welcome all clients. Of any age, gender, color, or sexuality. I will show you all the same compassion and welcome you with no judgment.
